Return Policy

As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns as these are personalized items, and your personalized necklaces will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned.

If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in the product, we will work with you to resolve the error or defect, with either a refurbish, replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Please be reminded that notification of a damaged product should be done within 14 days after product receipt. Notification can be done to nurains@mylittlecloset.com.

Please be sure to supply us with the appropriate size and correct name spelling to avoid mistake on ordering. Mistakes done due to ordering the wrong size or wrong spelling is unrefundable and unreturnable.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please communicate any special requests to us at the time of your order.
