Product Guaranteee

We stand behind the quality of our necklaces. As such, each of our personalized necklaces and name necklace are inspected thoroughly not once, but at least twice by our team before they are delivered.

However, in the case of rare unfortunate event that you do receive a damaged product, kindly notify us and we will work with you to resolve the error or defect, with either a repair, refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

Please be reminded that notification should be done within 14 days after product receipt. You may notify us by emailing at nurains@mylittlecloset.com.

Please keep your proof of receipt for your future reference and notify us immediately at nurains@mylittlecloset.com should this unfortunate event occur. Please do not make any return before notification and be informed that we will not be responsible for damage or lost shipments sent to us. As such, please insure your package.
