Processing Time

Processing time for your personalized jewelry generally takes around 5 to 7 working days, after which your order will be shipped out. The processing time is not applicable to pre-order items.

Delivery within Malaysia

We offer FREE delivery to anywhere within Malaysia via Pos Malaysia parcel. you will be informed and your delivery tracking number will be provided once your order is delivered. However, should you need a rush order, you can always choose for your order to be delivered via Poslaju at addtional charge of RM5.72 to peninsular Malaysia and RM8.90 to Sabah/Sarawak.

Depending on your delivery address, Pos Malaysia parcel takes several days or even couple of week for delivery. PosLaju generally take 1 day to MOST addresses in Malaysia. As we do not control the delivery time, you will need to contact your nearest Pos Malaysia should you need to clarify on delivery timeframe to your address.

International delivery

We deliver worldwide at a low flat rate of USD$7.00 per shipping via Post Malaysia Registered Post. For customers from ASEAN countries (Brunei, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philipines, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and Myanmar), we offer a special rate of USD$3.50 per shipping. Packages delivered can be tracked online at http://www.pos.com.my/posDaftar/main/track.asp. We also offer expedited shipping for rush orders at added cost. Click here for estimated delivery time to your country.

Please note that the above prices exclude government taxes and duties that may be applicable in your country.

Payment

We accept payment via Ringgit Malaysia, USD, UK Pound sterling and Euro.

For Malaysian customers, you can choose to pay via Paypal or Maybank account transfer. For security reason, the Maybank account number will be shown at checkout should you choose to make the payment via bank transfer. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need any assistant.

At the moment, we only accept payment made through Paypal for international customers.
